Mohsen, " per capita " basically means per person. The Population Unit field in the Unit Demands manager just lets you select a unit to associate with your unit demand, for labeling purposes. So, if your preference is to call things by "per capita", then you can choose "capita" as the unit. If you prefer to refer to them as per person, then select "person" as the unit. If you're defining a unit demand for a hotel for example, it may make more sense to choose "guest" as the unit. You will then see this unit appear next to any unit demand that you define, such as the unit demand collection in the junction properties.
