Hello Yoko, It looks like you may have used the "sync out" button in the modelbuilder manager. This is for exporting the data in the model to external file. It doesn't sound like this is what you intended to do. If you're trying to import customer meters into the model from the spreadsheet, use the "build model" option. For the original error - can you provide a copy of the spreadsheet (even if it only includes a few rows) and either screenshots of the Modelbuilder configuration (what you selected in each step), or the .MBC file, exported from the main Modelbuilder manager? I noticed the file is located on a "P" drive - although it shouldn't matter, you can try copying the .xlsx file locally first.
