We may need more information on this issue. What version the model you are trying to open is saved in? To see model is saved in which version of WaterGEMS, please right click on the .wtg file>open with notepad>look for the statement-productversionlastmodified. What is the version of WaterGEMS you are having? Please try applying the latest patch for WaterGEMS for the version you are having, using the link mentioned below. If this doesn’t help then we would need a copy of the model you are having issues with, so that we can check it. There are two options for sharing your model files on BE Communities. If you would like the files to be visible to other members, compress the files into a zip file and upload them as an attachment using the ‘Advanced Reply editor’ before posting. If your data is confidential, you can follow the instructions in the link below to send it to us via Bentley Sharefile. Files uploaded to Sharefile can only be viewed by Bentley. Be Communities Secure File Upload If you do upload the file to Sharefile, please post here as well so we know the file was uploaded.
