Hello Rohit, When building the model using Modelbuilder, start and stop nodes will be taken as per direction using which they are drawn in source file say AutoCAD drawing. E.g. if line is drawn from A to B, after importing A will be start point and B will be end point. You would need to reverse the start and stop nodes for these pipes in bulk, using Modelbuilder, as your network is too large to change it manually one by one.
