Applies To Product(s): CivilStorm, Bentley StormCAD, Bentley SewerGEMS, Bentley PondPack, Bentley WaterCAD, Bentley WaterGEMS Version(s): 08.11.XX.XX Environment: Microstation Area: Installation Subarea: Original Author: Mark Pachlhofer, Bentley Technical Support Group                 Problem Description Please note that this wiki uses CivilStorm as an example, but this can be down for our other products too. When I go to start up my CivilStorm for Microstation the menus are not loaded. How do I fix this? Explanation This has been seen a few times when a user has created or is using a custom workspace for Microstation. Steps to Resolve Try to run the integrator just to make sure that is not the issue. Close Microstation and CivilStorm Go to Start All Programs Bentley CivilStorm Integrate CivilStorm with Microstation-AutoCAD-PowerCivil a. Start CivlStorm for Microstation from the icon located on your desktop or the CivilStorm folder from the Start menu 4.  Make sure your User and Project configuration files in the lower right corner are set correctly (see red box in the screen shot above). If you don't see it set to 'CivilStorm' for both then you'll need to add the 'Civlstorm.ucf' and/or 'CivilStorm.pcf' to the correct location. You can find the CivilStorm.pcf file located at the default file path: "C:\ProgramData\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\WorkSpace\Projects\Examples". The default location for the CivilStorm.ucf file is: "C:\ProgramData\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\WorkSpace\Users" 5.      a.  If your "Project:" is not set to CivilStorm in lower right corner as indicated by step 4 then you will need to grab a   copy of the .pcf file and place it in an examples subfolder within the projects root directory of your custom workspace. Alternatively, you can also copy the information from the civilstorm.pcf file and paste it to the bottom of the custom .pcf file that you are using. That should allow the CivilStorm menus to load. b.  If your "User:" is not set to CivilStorm in the lower right corner as indicated by step 4 then you will need to grab a copy of the CivilStorm.ucf file and place it in the root of users section of your custom workspace.  6.  After this open your CivilStorm for Microstation and check to see if the everything is started correctly.
