You will still need to watch out for the status of the other parallel pumps when looking at the system head curve; the article you referenced would still apply. If you want to see "static head", turn off the other parallel pumps before generating the system head curve. Or, use the combination pump curve tool. Regarding how the system head curve is calculated in the Combination Pump Curve tool, please see the below article: communities.bentley.com/.../4864.pump-station-and-pump-combination-curves.aspx Scroll down near the bottom and you'll see a few paragraphs that talk about how the system head curve works in this tool. The flows that are plotted on the system head curve are routed through the selected Representative Pump. If this doesn't help, please provide the model file and point out the steps needed to observe the problem. There are two options for sharing your model files on BE Communities. If you would like the files to be visible to other members, you can upload them as an attachment using the ‘Advanced Reply editor’ before posting. If your data is confidential, you can follow the instructions in the link below to send it to us via Bentley Sharefile. Files uploaded to Sharefile can only be viewed by Bentley.  http://communities.bentley.com/content/bentleysecurefilesupload.aspx
