Hamid, The easiest way to do this is probably just to do it manually because it's only 2-3 pipes. What you would do is open the properties of the pipes by double clicking on them. Then you're going to change either the start invert or stop invert until you see the "Slope (Calculated)" property show 1.5% slope. You're doing to need to do it this way because slope is a calculated field based on the start invert, stop invert , and the length of the pipe. In order to adjust the stop or start invert you will have to set the property for "Set Invert to Start?" or "Set Invert to Stop?" to False then enter the appropriate start or stop elevation. You could also do this using selection sets and the flextable method that I described in the answer to your other post found here: http://communities.bentley.com/products/hydraulics___hydrology/f/5925/t/102644 , but for 2-3 pipes that process probably wouldn't be worth it.
