Ok, that sounds like the dataset for the training workshop. It may be the dataset for the CONNECT Edition of the workshop which would explain why you get the error message. To confirm, open the .WTG in a text editor per the wiki article and check if the ProductVersionLastModified= mentions a version greater than the version that you are using (08.11.04.XX).
