Hello Mohsen, While we may need some more information on exactly what you are doing, if you want to see velocity and flow results in a model, simply creating the model with the specific element properties you want to analyze should be sufficient. In other words, create you model with the pipe properties, elevations, demands, etc., expected for the system and compute it. If you are trying to calibrate a model, you can adjust pipe roughnesses or demands to try to better match field results. WaterGEMS has a tool called Darwin Calibrator that can be used for this as well.
