3)  In automatic design , diameter of pipe is decided by software. Then, How to fix the diameter of manhole before that. as diameter of manhole is decided  after pipe diameter ? or else shall we put diameter of manhole after software decides pipe diameter ,i.e again iterate the first results . If you're talking about doing an automatic design then you would be using the GVF Solver or the GVF Convex solver. I just wanted to make sure that is clear. You will have to use your engineering judgment to pick the manhole size that you are planning to use for your system design. The process you mention of using iterations for choosing a manhole size is a valid approach when you have unknowns in your system. What you might do to start is try to choose a manhole size based on any criteria the area you're working on might have. You might also look around at existing systems near the system that you are designing and see what size manholes are there. From this point, perhaps, you start with whatever size manhole you see and upsize or downsize them as needed after sizing your pipes.
