I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean by "systems" from 500 to 1000. Would each number represent the ID of a subnetwork? (group of pipes and nodes that drain to a common point) Are you wanting the table to be sorted based on this ID? If you have Selection Sets for each of the subnetworks you'd like to report on, you can double click the selection set to select the elements in the drawing, right click in the drawing, choose "Edit group", then open the Network Elements table to only see the elements in that selection set. Then you can sort upstream/downstream, generate the report, then repeat for the next subnetwork of interest. Regarding the fields that you're not seeing - what version of StormCAD are you using? You can check under Help About StormCAD. Your version number is shown in the lower left corner, in brackets. At first glance, it appears that you may need to be using the latest version, 08.11.04.54.
