It will certainly be very helpful to have a copy of the model for troubleshooting. One general note in the meantime - make sure you aren't using a FCV to block the only path of flow to set demands. If there are only demands downstream of a FCV (no tank or reservoir) and the sum of those demands is greater than the FCV setting, the flow will be forced through the FCV, to satisfy those assumed demands. Check your user notification list for ill-conditioning and/or network unbalanced .
